Outdoor Area
The very large, paved courtyard is separated into a fenced pool area, with poolside shower, and a formal garden area. The beautiful arched surrounding wall, with typical Mediterranean roof tiles, provides safety, privacy and spectacular views.
The large pool has three very wide steps for access. The courtyard provides entry to the laundry room (with two washing machines, iron, ironing board), further toilet facilities and a very large barbeque area. There is a very large L shaped terrace on the first floor, surrounding two sides of the house.
There are various sets of patio furniture, sunbeds, BBQs, pool toys and an abundance of outdoor games equipment: table tennis, 5-a-side football, pool volleyball, boules and rounders.
